So I have been working on my sewing proj since 10am and I'm JUST now wrapping it up for tonight... soooo tired, my back hurts. Now I'm watching a Lifetime movie and eating Half Baked ice cream :-D

So spring and Summer is rapidly approaching and I'm a sucker for maxi and mini dresses! I decided to go shopping for my fabrics and materials and start my design processes. I caught amazing sales and can't WAIT to get started! Here are some of my fabric (well, my top three) choices.
I wanted big vibrant colors... bold prints and animal prints... I think I did well! Lol

Okay so I'm really into this nude nail look! I mean it is VERY versatile and cute... pretty much can be used for ANY skin color (well almost, with exception of darker complexion). Even then, you can pull the look off! The nude is the hottest nail trend this season (along with Minx nails which I really want to try) and is simple, yet sophisticated. Too cute :-D

Aminata Niaria is simply amazing. Her runway waslk is so strong and powerful it's ridic! She has walked for many designers and... well.. damnit, I'm speechless lol.
Here, she is in Todd Lynn. I am in love with this fitted military-blod shoulder jacket... pretty sick!
Also, she was the model to showcase the famed Viktor & Rolf dress that Rihanna wore at the Clive Davis Grammy party (which RiRi got criticized over) which I liked.

I saw this Givenchy bandage wedge online today and practically FREAKED out! I think the "power wedge" is going to be one of the most common statement pieces of the season. I love that it has SO much going on within the wedge, but it's not too much. I would LOVE to purchase these shoes and flaunt them in all their fabulousness... but I can't at the moment (yes, recession sucks, let's get back to reality y'all).
So tonight was the season premiere of' 'Kell on Earth' which by the way was IN-CRED-I-BLE! It gave me an insight on the PR world (and marketing) and what I'll pretty much be faced with in the industry. It's kind of scary, but I know I can def take the heat. Have any of y'all watched it? What did you think of the show?
